This notice covers KithNode’s public website and early-access waitlist.

Joining the waitlist

When you join, you provide your email address through Clerk, our waitlist provider. We use it to manage early-access invitations and let you know when your workspace is ready.

Website analytics

The public website includes Google Analytics to measure traffic and usage. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device, and visits.

When enabled, our PostHog integration records public page views and waitlist-link clicks. Its current configuration uses memory-only storage, disables session recordings and automatic interaction capture, and excludes form values and URL query parameters from those events. This integration does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. These settings apply to our PostHog integration, not to Google Analytics or Clerk.

Services that help run the site

Vercel hosts the website, Clerk handles waitlist registration, and Google Analytics and PostHog provide analytics. These services may receive technical connection information when your browser contacts them. Read more about their practices:
